Tech Support Specialist

Springwell is currently seeking an entry level Tech Support Specialist that will provide help desk support in our two offices and also to remote users. This position is fully onsite and will require time split between our Marlborough and Waltham offices. 

The compensation for this role is $55,000. 

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:
  • Monitor tickets in out help desk system
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Deploy new computers, printers and peripherals
  • Perform hardware and software upgrades and updates
  • Setup and maintain staff laptops
  • Setup and configure new users
  • Setup, maintain and manage cell phones and cell account
  • Troubleshoot phone issues
  • Maintain network printers
  • Diagnose network and wireless issues
  • Maintain hardware and software in our conference rooms
  • Training new staff on software and IT policies and procedures
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware
  • Document IT procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree or technical certificates preferred
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • MFA
  • Windows 10/11
  • Experience troubleshooting wired and wireless networks
  • Citrix VDI experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and to manage priorities
  • Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes
